In urgent situations, such as being unable to travel due to serious illness or force majeure, you can cancel up to 3 days in advance by sending us supporting documentation. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund.
Inability to travel due to documentation issues does not constitute force majeure and will not be refundable under any circumstances. If it is necessary to change the travel date, upon presentation of your tickets, we can reschedule your trip. However, if there is a change in price, you will be required to pay the difference.
